Marketing Personal Care Trainee (m/f/d)

About the role

BASF Española S.L., which markets more than 5,000 products across many sectors, is looking for a Marketing Personal Care Trainee (m/f/d) to support its Marketing department for Iberia and Maghreb. The internship is based in Barcelona and is paid, with a tutor accompanying the trainee.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of trends for the different market segments
• Contribute to new concepts by analysing the market and preparing marketing documentation
• Support customer visits in the triangle (presentations, sample kits)
• Support participation in fairs and events such as Incosmetics, Cosmetorium and Customer Symposia
• Analyse the personal care market (trends, competitor activity) and ingredients in market products using data bases
• Support sales departments with tasks such as competition intelligence

Required profile

• Master's degree in cosmetology with pharma, chemistry or biology, or university studies
• Intermediate English (B1); French is an advantage
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Required skills

• Good experience with Microsoft Office and Canva
