Marketing Specialist – Digital & Community Growth (Spain)

About the role

Coral Club, an international wellness brand, is expanding its presence in Spain and seeks a Marketing Specialist to drive digital communication and community growth. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with local and global teams to adapt the brand’s voice for the Spanish market.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and localise marketing materials for the Spanish audience.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies aligned with global brand standards.
• Manage and grow social media channels, creating content plans and producing posts, stories, and reels.
• Analyse the performance of digital campaigns and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with influencers, micro‑influencers and local opinion leaders.
• Support the organisation of marketing events and promotional activations.
• Work closely with sales, design and translation teams, and support distributors with marketing assets.
• Monitor wellness and digital‑marketing trends and identify partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Strong content‑creation and brand‑communication abilities.
• Proven experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently.
• Fluent English (B2+), native or fluent Spanish, and Russian (B1).
• Experience in international teams is a plus; background in wellness or direct‑sales is an advantage.
