About the role

Fever is a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, helping millions discover and book experiences worldwide. As a Marketing Strategy Associate, you will own the marketing strategy for exclusive events, working closely with cross‑functional teams to drive audience engagement and business growth. Fluency in French and English is required to manage partner and original Fever experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven marketing strategies for Fever Original and partner experiences across global markets.
• Create and manage high‑visibility performance digital campaigns on social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Collaborate with growth, sales, media, CRM, design, and content teams to align campaign objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate budget allocation and reporting for paid media initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency while tailoring messaging for diverse audience segments.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the entertainment or tech sector.
• Proficient in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to campaign optimization.
