About the role

The Marmitón will support the restaurant and kitchen teams at Hotel Allegro Isora by ensuring a clean and safe working environment. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with basic vocational training who are eager to work in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure proper cleaning of utensils, machinery and kitchenware in the restaurant and kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness of premises, ovens, stoves and other kitchen equipment.
• Transport orders and other materials required for daily operations.
• Perform cleaning tasks for kitchenware, dining areas and kitchen surfaces.
• Use chemical detergents, disinfectants and rinse agents according to safety guidelines.
• Follow the company’s safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio).
• Previous experience in a similar role is valued but not mandatory.
• No language requirements.
• Knowledge of the hospitality sector is a plus.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to manage time effectively.
• Capacity to work under pressure and resolve unexpected issues.
• Meticulous approach to task execution.
