Network Development Specialist - Automotive Workshops

About the role

MSX International helps automotive brands worldwide optimise workshop and service operations and improve aftersales processes, with a presence in more than 80 countries. The Network Development Specialist identifies, acquires and onboards new automotive workshops into the network, using a proactive business development approach to increase Points of Sale (POS). The territory is jointly managed by two Network Development Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Planning: analyse potential partners against suitability and target market, assess their creditworthiness and financial risk, maintain a target list of workshops and locations, and review personal sales performance to optimise sales strategies.
• Outreach and acquisition: contact prospects by phone, email and in person, present the network's benefits, follow up leads and manage the process until contract signing.
• Onboarding: complete contracts and legal documentation, handle administrative tasks, work with the Business Success Specialist and ensure compliance with corporate identity guidelines.
• Closure and handover: run satisfaction and feedback surveys to improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus.
• Willingness to travel, including multi-day business trips with overnight stays within the assigned country.
