Network / Technical Support Engineer (English & Spanish Speaker)

About the role

Arrow, an American Fortune 500 company based in Centennial, Colorado, sells, installs and maintains software and hardware solutions such as firewalls, antivirus, web filtering and virtual infrastructures for customers ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. It provides technical support to its global customers and partners, and is looking for a Network / Technical Support Engineer who speaks English and Spanish, working remotely in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second and third line technical support by email, telephone and live chat to global customers, helping them as much as possible.
• Resolve escalated support incidents from customers and partners.
• Replicate customer configurations to troubleshoot complex errors.
• Progress simultaneous high-profile, high-priority issues.
• Develop and maintain technical skills in selected products and undertake training to earn and keep product accreditations.

Required profile

• Passion for networking, security, Linux and technical matters, with a willingness to learn and develop rapidly.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with Spanish proficiency; French and German are an asset.

Required skills

• Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching and related protocols, including network environments and topologies.
• Administration, installation and troubleshooting of Windows or Linux-based devices and networks.
