About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Night Receptionist to join its Front Office team in Bilbao. The role covers the guest journey from check-in to check-out and everything in between, working alongside the Front Office team to deliver a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and create positive guest experiences throughout the night shift
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey are handled to the highest standard
- Work proactively with the team to keep the front office running smoothly
Required profile
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- An eye for detail and a creative approach to solving problems
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
