About the role

We are looking for a Hotel Technical Services Officer to ensure that all hotel installations and equipment operate smoothly and are maintained at the highest standards. The role is based in Barcelona and reports to the senior technical manager.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the proper functioning of all hotel facilities and machinery, guaranteeing correct usage and optimal maintenance.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in accordance with company quality standards.
• Follow directives from supervisors and adhere to the organization’s quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Maintenance (Ciclo Formativo Medio).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar hotel maintenance role.
• Training in legionella control and pool maintenance is a plus.
• Valid category B driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong teamwork, communication and analytical abilities.
