About the role

We are looking for a Technical Services Officer to ensure the smooth operation of all hotel installations and machinery at our Barceló Sants property. The role involves monitoring equipment, performing maintenance, and supporting the hotel’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the proper functioning of all hotel installations and machinery, ensuring correct usage and optimal maintenance.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to company standards.
• Follow directives from supervisors and adhere to Barceló’s quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: medium-level technical training in Maintenance (Ciclo formativo medio).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar hotel maintenance role.
• Preferable training in legionella control and pool maintenance.
• Valid category B driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong teamwork, communication and analytical abilities.
