Operational N1 Incidents & Problems Management Analyst II

About the role

The Operational N1 Incidents & Problems Management Analyst II is responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of the entire platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless service, execute preventive maintenance, and continuously improve incident handling processes.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor the end‑to‑end platform in line with established procedures.
• Troubleshoot N1‑level incidents and problems, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal impact.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities to maintain platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑team integration initiatives to support system changes and upgrades.
• Document actions, maintain accurate records, and perform root‑cause analysis for recurring issues.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in incident and problem management.
• Higher Technical Diploma or equivalent in Computer and Telecommunications Engineering.
