Operations Executive - Spain

About the role

BeMyGuest is a B2B travel technology platform connecting tour, attraction and activity suppliers with global distribution partners. It is looking for Operations Executives to support operators using its platform and help them maximise the value of its distribution network and booking systems. This is a full-time, remote position based in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product information such as descriptions, pricing, calendars and images, ensuring accurate and high-quality listings.
• Use AI tools to help create, optimise and translate product content.
• Support operators and handle booking inquiries (changes, cancellations, refunds, urgent cases) by chat, Slack, WhatsApp, WeChat, email and phone.
• Help troubleshoot reservation system and API integration issues, investigate booking or availability discrepancies and coordinate with internal technical teams.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, customer support, eCommerce, OTA or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong written and spoken English for working with an international team.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation or translation.
• Familiarity with API or system troubleshooting is an advantage.

Work arrangement

• Remote, full-time, 5-day week.
• Schedule typically Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, depending on operational needs.
• Candidates based in Spain are preferred; others in similar time zones may also be considered.
