Operations & Fulfillment Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Operations & Fulfillment Assistant to support our coffee e‑commerce business. Working a few hours each week on‑site at our office and fulfillment centre, you will ensure customer orders are prepared accurately, packed to our standards and shipped on time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill customer orders, including grinding coffee to the required settings and weighing beans accurately.
• Pack and seal coffee bags, calculate and apply best‑before dates, and print and affix product and shipping labels.
• Organise and manage inventory, monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and coordinate shipment with logistics partners.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Good organisational skills and reliability.
• Comfortable handling physical products and performing repetitive tasks.
