Operations Manager – French/Spanish Native Speaker (Spain)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager who is a native French and Spanish speaker to lead our Spain-based team. You will play a key role in shaping the performance of our travel‑technology operations, ensuring high service standards and fostering a collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop agents through one‑on‑one meetings, performance reviews and quality assurance.
• Manage day‑to‑day processes, ensuring SLA, FRT, CES and Quality Score targets are consistently met.
• Provide feedback and guidance to Operations Executives and keep them updated on partner issues.
• Conduct weekly team meetings, quarterly performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify service problems, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support onboarding and nesting of new hires and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and supplier partners.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing a team of employees.
• Strong organizational, analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to inspire a positive, energetic culture and mentor staff.
• Passion for improving customer service and operational efficiency.
