Oracle E-Business Inventory & Logistics Consultant / Manager

About the role

EY GDS Spain is looking for an Oracle E-Business Inventory-Logistics Functional Consultant / Manager to join its Technology Consulting practice in Malaga. The role leads and supports supply chain implementations across Oracle EBS Inventory, Warehouse Management, BOM, WIP and related modules, helping clients choose the right business solution and take part in digital transformation. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and optimisation of Inventory, BOM, WIP, Costing and Warehouse processes, and define solution roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Oversee configuration of inventory controls, item attributes, reservations, MRP/MPS, cost management, subinventories and shipping interfaces, and approve functional design documents, MD50s and change requests.
• Lead enhancements to improve cycle counts, reconciliations and warehouse operations.
• Provide L3 escalation support for complex issues, drive root cause analysis and work with technical teams on customisation and integration issues.
• Guide SIT/UAT cycles for patches, upgrades and new releases, and ensure stability after deployment.
• Partner with Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing and Finance stakeholders, lead workshops, solution reviews and training, and support supply chain transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite experience, including Inventory and Costing expertise.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, warehouse operations and costing flows.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
