Oracle ERP Cloud Program Manager

About the role

Infosys Consulting is looking for a Principal-level Oracle ERP Cloud Program Manager for its Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice in Madrid. The role supports requirement workshops, defines problem statements, reviews business requirements, builds to-be flows, carries out fit-gap analysis, proposes solution alternatives, creates detailed design documentation and takes part in testing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program management across the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes, from assessment and discovery through design, build, deployment and hypercare.
• Run pre-implementation assessments and discovery workshops to evaluate current-state processes, define the future-state vision and build the business case for Oracle Cloud adoption.
• Manage all workstreams made up of onshore and offshore resources and own the overall delivery of the Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud transformation programme.
• Manage large delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions that follow design principles, standards and methodologies.
• Use knowledge of the Oracle Cloud roadmap and other Oracle offerings, together with industry guidance, to support executive-level business decisions.
• Inspire and develop junior colleagues and support their professional growth.

Required profile

• Designs and manages complete enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrates leadership in the architect community and shows a passion for technology and business acumen.
• Works as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in a major client organisation.
• Leads Infosys Consulting operations related to market development and/or service delivery excellence.
• Seen as a role model in the community.
