Paid Social Specialist

About the role

Zenith, a global media agency within Publicis Groupe, is hiring a Paid Social Specialist in Madrid. The specialist applies the global brand strategy across social media platforms, with a main focus on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, while keeping up with the fast pace of the market.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and control the application of planning guidelines.
• Manage the administration and execution of paid social media plans so that objectives and KPIs are met.
• Develop category- and brand-specific benchmarks.
• Assist in preparing and executing social media strategies.
• Maintain open communication with content teams, community managers and influencer management, giving a 360-degree view of planning.
• Monitor and analyse competitors' activity on social networks.
• Track and analyse the performance of organic and paid campaigns and apply learnings to the global strategy.
• Coordinate brand and agency social media teams.
• Provide updates, guidance and technical support on platform and product updates to the activation team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital agencies.
• Advanced level of English, assessed during the interview.
