Partner Associate (German Speaker)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Partner Associate based in Madrid. The role covers the full life cycle of big events, from the moment the sales and legal team signs the commercial contract until the event closes, acting as the main point of contact between the event organizer and all internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire event lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in form while coordinating tasks across other departments
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product and engineering to deliver them, prioritising requirements
• Create and maintain detailed Q&A to cover potential user issues handled by the user support team
• Maintain the documentation needed to meet project goals
• Be present on site during launches or other key dates depending on the event

Required profile

• Degree holder with a project management background; 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background (event experience is a plus)
• Fluent English and German; other languages are a plus
• Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, analytical and organised, able to coordinate other departments and handle parallel work streams
• Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies and talent, and to think strategically about event partnerships
