People Experience Specialist

About the role

Revolut’s People team is dedicated to delivering a seamless, people‑centric experience for every employee, from onboarding to ongoing development. As a People Experience Specialist you will partner with global teams to build and maintain a world‑class employee journey that drives engagement and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the People Experience team in meeting KPI targets.
• Collaborate with senior People Experience leaders to design processes that boost employee satisfaction.
• Lead projects aimed at improving engagement in identified focus areas.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recognition programme, including regular audits and user‑experience enhancements.
• Identify and implement cost‑reduction ideas.
• Liaise with external vendors and local People Experience teams worldwide to ensure timely service delivery.
• Oversee the Employee Engagement Service Desk.
• Assist in coordinating and delivering global onboarding initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar People Experience or HR role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse personality types and departments.
• Strong passion for company culture and employee engagement.
• Track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex social dynamics.
• Strategic mindset to align people initiatives with overall business goals.
• Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships with business leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
