Performance and Strategy Associate

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Performance and Strategy Associate in Madrid. The role sits in the Growth team's Distribution unit, which works with resellers to expand Fever's reach beyond its own channels and unlock incremental revenue from niche audiences such as tourists. It is a hybrid position based in a central Madrid office.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end distribution data and performance analysis: define key metrics, build dashboards, analyse them and shape the distribution strategy.
• Build and automate dashboards by product, vertical, partner and geography using SQL and a BI tool, define KPIs, ensure data quality and maintain a single source of truth.
• Help execute the distribution plan across markets through channel sizing and prioritisation, revenue modelling and go-to-market strategies for new platforms and partnerships.
• Work with external partners and internal teams to meet performance targets and scale incremental revenue.
• Run and analyse experiments across channels (pricing tests, marketing investments, alternative discounts) and turn insights into recommendations, playbooks and roadmaps.
• Improve ways of working by surfacing strengths, gaps and bottlenecks in processes and reporting.
• Contribute to repeatable best practices across 40+ countries.

Required profile

• STEM degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data).
• 3-5 years in analytics, growth or strategy roles in high-growth startups or demanding corporate environments.
• Strong analytical toolkit and process-improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; collaborates with Supply, Product and Marketing teams.
• English and Spanish required; an additional language is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL (required)
• One or more BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI or Metabase, with a track record of automated dashboards
• Nice to have: prior experience with other statistical analysis tools or procedures
