Planning & Operations Analyst – Process Automation & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Planning & Operations Analyst to drive process automation and digital transformation within our operations. In this temporary role you will bridge operational needs with our digital roadmap, improving planning, financial reporting and KPI tracking through smart data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end planning routines including load capacity balancing, master production schedules, delivery plans and fleet availability.
• Coordinate operational committees and Hangar activities, ensuring robust KPI follow‑up (SQCDP, OTC, OTD).
• Support financial exercises such as FC/OP, CAPEX and monthly closures, monitoring efficiency and productivity.
• Identify manual bottlenecks and design automated solutions to eliminate repetitive data entry.
• Develop data architecture using Google Apps Script, HTML or similar to enhance data quality, accessibility and visualization.
• Create dashboards or automated scripts that deliver real‑time insights for dynamic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong background in planning, production control or operational management.
• Tech‑driven mindset with hands‑on experience coding or scripting to streamline processes.
• Continuous‑improvement orientation, always seeking ways to optimise routines.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior management.
