Pricing & Promotions Sr. Analyst

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Pricing & Promotions Senior Analyst for its HQ Category Management team in Barcelona. The role creates, tests and implements pricing and promotional strategies for the Q-commerce Micro Fulfillment Centers (MFCs), moving from a basic margin-driven approach to a dynamic pricing strategy based on data.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall product pricing and promotions playbook, working closely with Data Analytics, Growth and Local teams
• Structure pricing initiatives, develop project plans, gather and synthesize data, lead analyses and produce recommendations
• Design experiments, including A/B testing, and interpret results with the Data team
• Solve ambiguous business problems with data-driven approaches and lead change management and migration to Delivery Hero business solutions
• Manage stakeholders from Delivery Hero and Glovo's Global and Local teams (Finance, Category Managers, UX, Marketing and Growth)

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG or category management; pricing strategy consulting experience is a plus
• University degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or an equivalent field (preferred)
• Excellent analytical skills, independence, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and clear written communication in English
