Process Engineer S19 A350 RU

About the role

A Process Engineer position is open within Airbus Operations in Illescas (Toledo), Spain. The selected candidate joins the Work Preparation department, which supports production by maintaining and optimising processes. The team works with multifunctional teams on key projects such as S19 A350, HTP S.A and 330.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise existing processes with cross-functional teams, preparing Practical Problem Solving (PPS), Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and line balancing for ramp-up.
• Implement new manufacturing tools and technologies as part of the new media industrialisation effort.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes.

Required profile

• Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Advanced English.
• High adaptability to new topics and changing environments, and a high degree of autonomy, proactivity and accountability.
• A master's degree in a relevant field is valued.

• Advanced CATIA skills
