Procore System Administrator

About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Procore System Administrator to join its Design & Construction team. As the platform subject matter expert, you will manage, optimize and scale the Procore construction management system across the project portfolio, giving project teams the tools and real-time data they need to run seamless, high-impact construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Procore system administrator: manage company-level and project-level settings, permissions, user accounts and standardized templates.
• Deliver technical support and user training: troubleshoot for project teams and external partners and develop onboarding resources to drive platform adoption.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting: perform system audits and build custom dashboards so leadership sees project performance and metrics clearly.
• Optimize processes and system integrations: partner with IT and operations to integrate Procore with core ERP systems and streamline construction workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on Procore administration or as a platform superuser.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, deliver engaging user training and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Procore Certified Administrator credential highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction workflows, including RFIs, submittals, change orders and industry documentation.
• Procore administration and system integration.
