Product Manager

About the role

Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, with over 300 million users in more than 55 countries. It is looking for a Product Manager in Madrid to understand the business, customers and market, and to help shape the future of entertainment. The role works behind the iOS and Android apps and the website, collaborating with engineering, design, user research, marketing, sales, customer support and other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the business, customers, market and product data to delight customers and achieve Fever's goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments
• Turn broad opportunities into concrete, measurable actions
• Analyse product performance, hypothesise, test and continuously improve product metrics
• Develop product features from ideation to release, including experiments, goals and requirements, and track their performance
• Lead a product squad, manage its roadmap and prioritisation, and run sprint planning, refinements and retrospectives
• Help build a vision and strategy for the product

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant product management experience
• Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in product development
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
• Preferred: experience in tech startups and in building product-line strategies

Required skills

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, able to draw conclusions from data
• Clear presentation of complex technical information to varied audiences
• Strong written communication
• Preferred: basic technical knowledge, A/B testing, hypothesis formulation and metric definition
