Product Portfolio Manager - Consumer PC Platforms

About the role

HP is looking for a World-Wide Product and Pricing Portfolio Manager (PPM) within its PS Category and Strategy Transformation group, based in Sant Cugat del Valles. The role supports the Consumer Personal Computing business and covers six areas: platform setup, offer management, readiness coordination, market support, tool improvement and process efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define, establish and maintain the configuration setup for new platforms in consumer configuration tools.
• Monitor and analyse weekly changes to the product offer, identify gaps or risks and drive the necessary actions.
• Work with Lifecycle Managers, GBU and SKU Readiness teams on platform readiness plans and their execution in the SKU Configuration and Pricing tool.
• Act as the main contact for markets, supporting Area Category Managers with SKU setup, quoting and shipping and resolving platform-related queries.
• Gather user feedback and propose improvements to the tool's functionality and user experience.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive initiatives to simplify, standardise and improve execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in the PC industry.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical skills, good communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Interest in the PC market.
