Production Manager – Second Shift (Liquid Pharma & Supplements)

About the role

Grand Medical Group AG is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead second‑shift operations for liquid pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements at its newly commissioned Warsaw facility. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise second‑shift production teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage end‑to‑end processes for liquid medicines and food supplements, including formulation, distillation, filling, and packaging.
• Oversee, troubleshoot, and maintain liquid filling machines, packaging lines, and distillation equipment.
• Guarantee full compliance with cGMP, SOPs, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate production deviations and support CAPA implementation.
• Monitor schedules to meet daily and weekly production targets while minimizing downtime.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and process‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising production of liquid pharmaceuticals or dietary supplements.
• Hands‑on experience with distillation systems.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, SOPs and clean‑room hygiene practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Availability to work consistently on the second shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
• Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus.
