Production Planner

About the role

medmix, a global leader in high-precision delivery devices, is looking for a Production Planner in Valencia. You will be the driving force behind efficient and strategic planning in an industrial environment, ensuring an agile response to customer demand while optimising resource productivity and inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage production in a dynamic industrial environment, responding promptly to customer demand.
• Create and optimise production sequences using SAP and MES software.
• Monitor MRP daily, confirm new orders and supervise plan execution, correcting deviations.
• Analyse key KPIs such as adherence rate (%) and OTIF to drive performance.
• Balance workload and capacity across short-, medium- and long-term horizons.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve line efficiency.
• Lead S&OP meetings, coordinate resources and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent is an advantage.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial production planning.
• English at B2/C1 level, used daily in meetings.

Required skills

• SAP and advanced Excel (proficiency required)
• Power BI knowledge is a plus
