Project Manager (iGaming)

About the role

Gypsy Collective is an exclusive talent partner for selected brands, helping them attract top talent through long-term relationships. It is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong iGaming background to join one of its partner teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan team capacity, manage workloads and prioritize the technical backlog according to business needs and available resources
• Build, maintain and continuously improve delivery processes for consistent execution
• Manage project plans, timelines and scope, adapting them to changing priorities and requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and resolve blockers proactively
• Facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, demos and other team meetings
• Keep communication clear between technical teams and business stakeholders, with regular updates on progress, timelines and risks
• Maintain up-to-date project and process documentation in Notion

Required profile

• 2+ years of project management experience in the iGaming industry
• Mid-level to senior expertise in managing technical projects and teams
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban, adapted to business needs
• Experience with delivery planning, backlog management, prioritization and resource allocation
• Good technical understanding of infrastructure, platform architecture, integrations and cross-team dependencies
• Ability to understand requirements, evaluate estimates and identify delivery risks
• B2 English or higher
