Project Manager (Remote, Spain)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead new initiatives and community programs for a global, data‑driven organization. Based in Spain and working remotely, you will shape projects from concept to launch while collaborating with international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor new programs, working groups and strategic projects.
• Coordinate the creation and operation of councils and online events.
• Develop and optimise engagement strategies, conversion funnels and community growth initiatives.
• Design structured processes and methodologies to improve project efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs and present insights to leadership.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to launch initiatives, communities or programs from scratch.
• Experience organising and executing online events.
• Strong process‑oriented mindset with a focus on workflow improvement.
• Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
