Purchaser – Industrial Equipment

About the role

As a Purchaser you will ensure the timely supply of materials and products for projects involving generators, light towers, energy storage systems, and WEDA pumps. You will work closely with the Project Team to secure the best price, delivery schedule, and quality from key suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Control and guarantee delivery times, product status, and invoice conditions for assigned suppliers.
• Assist in supplier assessment, source alternative suppliers, and maintain documentation.
• Support pricing negotiations, delivery and payment terms, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Report stock situations, issues, and improvements to the superior and finance department.
• Propose and implement actions to prevent warehouse deviations.
• Contribute to Purchasing KPI improvement and participate in project meetings.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar purchasing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork mindset.
• Proactive attitude with focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of metal forming and/or casting processes.
