Qualitative Project Assistant – French Speaking

About the role

The Qualitative Project Assistant will support the delivery of qualitative market‑research projects for M3 Global Research. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet client specifications, while acting as the primary liaison with French‑speaking respondents, vendors and freelancers.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit French‑speaking respondents from panels and through free‑finding, manage screening and rescreening processes.
• Maintain and update internal and client recruitment spreadsheets.
• Oversee selected vendors and freelancers, negotiate costs, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Check and verify all deliverables from vendors before they are forwarded to the client.
• Develop and sustain relationships with freelancers and translation agencies on behalf of M3 Global Research.
• Occasionally liaise directly with clients on behalf of the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in market research, preferably within the medical or healthcare sector.
• Native‑level French speaking and writing abilities.

• Fluent French (native level).
