Quality Standards Conformance Manager (Temporary Agency)

About the role

A Quality Standards Conformance Manager (QCM) position has opened within Airbus Commercial in Getafe, Spain. The selected candidate joins the Quality area and leads the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting measurement standards and driving improvements in process performance, reliability and repeatability.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that the Quality Control Requirements of the product and its associated process are satisfied.
• Coordinate routine Control Plan meetings to capture each input linked to the process.
• Drive inspection optimization (reinforcement, reallocation, reduction) as part of the end-to-end inspection process.
• Enforce multi-functional team collaboration to improve process efficiency.
• Ensure effective operational feedback loops to capture additional required inspections.
• Digitalize the Control Plan using deployed IT tools.
• Manage risks and opportunities, perform status reporting, create and maintain KPIs, and collaborate on PFMEA.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Advanced level in English and Spanish.
• High adaptability to new topics, new business and a networking way of working.
