Recruiter for Europe, North Africa & Turkey

About the role

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a proactive Recruiter based in Barcelona to support talent acquisition across Europe, North Africa and Turkey. You will own the full recruitment cycle for corporate, management and selected operational positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for corporate, management and trainee roles in the region.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, publish adverts and align hiring criteria.
• Source and headhunt candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and direct outreach.
• Screen applications, coordinate interviews and act as the main point of contact for candidates.
• Prepare employment offers, handle documentation and support onboarding, including right‑to‑work checks.
• Promote the employer brand at career fairs, hospitality schools and networking events.
• Produce regular recruitment reports, pipeline insights and salary benchmarking studies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage or hotel sectors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders across multiple countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing candidates and documentation.
