Regional Sales Manager Valencia y Castellón - KAM Roche Diagnostics

About the role

Roche Diagnostics Spain is looking for a Key Account Manager (Regional Sales Manager) to build and strengthen Roche's presence in the Valencia and Castellón areas. Reporting to the Commercial SubChapter Lead, the role manages a team of Sales Specialists and covers the entire Roche Diagnostics portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the availability of Roche's solutions and strengthen its market-leading position through positive customer experiences.
• Act as a window to the market, interacting with scientific, technical and economic stakeholders and key customer decision-makers.
• Manage sales for the full Roche Diagnostics portfolio and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Develop account strategies and execute strategic and tactical business plans for assigned accounts.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and act quickly and in compliance.
• Lead the team, providing insights and guidance to support customer experience and profitable growth.
• Gather market trend data, monitor competitors' products, solutions and positioning, analyse business risks and opportunities and educate the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in team management and sales within the medical devices sector in Spain.
• Highly desirable: commercial experience or market knowledge in the Levante region.
• Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Healthcare, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent Spanish and English; based in Valencia, with travel inside and outside the country.
