Release Manager Reporting & Analytics

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Release Manager Reporting & Analytics for its IM Transcend initiative, a multi-year global business transformation that modernizes supply chain digital capabilities by harmonizing seven major global ERP systems into a single SAP S/4 HANA instance. This functional role manages reports, KPIs and analytics across multiple global releases, delivering accurate, timely and actionable data for S/4 operations and building custom analytics within S/4.

Key responsibilities

• Own the deployment calendar for reports, KPIs and analytics across several releases, defining scope and timelines with key stakeholders
• Track key operational metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
• Ensure integrity, consistency and compliance of all reported data
• Work with operations teams and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and tools for efficiency and scalability
• Deploy custom analytical reports, ensure UAT and acceptance, lead hypercare and hand over to end users

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in SAP deployment or enterprise deployment roles
• Experience leading data reporting and business intelligence
• Understanding of SAP data structures
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred
• Understanding of GxP, SOX, audit, CSV, data integrity (ALCOA+), GDPR and quality requirements

• Release management fundamentals: release calendars, playbooks, rollback plans, change management, post-release reviews, incident management and root-cause analysis
• Support for testing cycles (SIT/BST/UAT)
• Analytical reporting, datasets, KPIs and BI platform deployment
• Risk management and issue resolution
• Ability to communicate in a complex matrix environment
