Reservation Internship – Ibiza

About the role

Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza, two lifestyle hotel brands operated by Ennismore in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga, are opening in Cala Llonga, Ibiza. They are looking for a full-time Reservation Intern to support the daily tasks of the Revenue team and learn how pricing and distribution decisions are made. The internship lasts at least five months, with a planned start in April.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage new bookings, modifications and cancellations professionally.
• Enter booking details accurately into the Property Management System, including dates, rates and guest preferences.
• Draft and send confirmation emails, vouchers and cancellation policies.
• Record and follow up on guest preferences such as bed types and connecting rooms.
• Check real-time availability and apply the right rates for each segment (corporate, FIT, groups).
• Share information with front office, housekeeping and other teams, and help manage room blocks, rooming lists and group conditions.
• Gain hands-on experience with PMS, channel managers and booking engines.

Required profile

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, good communicator and able to work in a team in a fast-paced environment.
