Retail Manager - Travel Retail, Southern Europe

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is looking for an ambitious and experienced Retail Manager to join its newly appointed Travel Retail team, covering the Southern Europe region. The role is full-time and involves building retailer relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, leading a field team of store-based business managers and retail artists, and managing the corresponding budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Define development and growth strategies with the Head of Travel Retail, Europe for the designated accounts and deliver sell-out in line with forecast commitments
• Build strong relationships with retailers, negotiate joint trading plans and act as the link between stores and the Magic Office
• Lead quarterly business reviews and half-year strategy meetings, and set sales targets for field teams
• Recruit high-performing retail teams for each store launch and lead the business managers and retail artists
• Work with marketing and VM teams to develop trade plans and launch new products and campaigns
• Forecast monthly retail sales by store and manage staffing costs, T&E budget and incentives
• Support new processes and in-store execution, including assortment, stock availability and price updates

Required profile

• Wider experience in retail or sales management; direct travel retail experience desirable but not mandatory
• Proven negotiation and influence track record, target-focused and results-driven
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to travel within the region and to the Magic Office regularly, roughly a 40/60 split
• Spanish is desirable but not mandatory
