Revenue Accountant (English and Spanish)

About the role

Marsh is looking for a revenue accountant fluent in English and Spanish to manage the billing and revenue cycle. The position is based in Madrid (Avenida de Burgos). During the first month you must work from the office; afterwards you can choose a hybrid model of two days per week from home. It is a temporary one-year contract, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Review projects set up in the revenue systems
• Invoice clients
• Monitor unpaid client invoices and follow up unbilled accounts
• Reconcile balance accounts related to the revenue and billing cycle
• Handle ad hoc requests from partners about their projects

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
• At least 1 year of experience
• Accounting education preferred but not mandatory depending on experience
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients
• Ability to prioritise, handle several tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
