Revenue Internship - Ibiza

About the role

Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza, two lifestyle hotel brands operated by Ennismore in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga, are looking for a revenue intern in Ibiza. You will support the daily tasks of the Revenue team and learn how pricing and distribution decisions are made.

Key responsibilities

• Help with rate and inventory updates across different systems
• Monitor pick-up, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR
• Prepare reports and dashboards tracking hotel performance and trends
• Take part in benchmarking and market analysis
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align pricing, offers and positioning
• Get involved in forecast and budget processes
• Support the reservations team with daily operations and help solve issues

Required profile

• EU nationality is required
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and interest in revenue management and pricing strategies
• Attention to detail, effective communication and teamwork, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with reservation systems such as Opera or SynXis is a plus
