About the role

The Runner position at W Ibiza supports the seamless delivery of goods and services across all hotel departments. Working in a vibrant, luxury beachfront environment, you will help create memorable experiences for guests by ensuring they receive what they need, exactly when they need it.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver items directly to guest rooms, including amenities, food, and beverages.
• Provide timely support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and front‑office teams.
• Transport supplies, linens, and equipment between back‑of‑house areas and guest‑facing spaces.
• Assist with set‑up and breakdown of events, ensuring all materials are in place.
• Maintain a clean and organized service cart and adhere to safety standards.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move items throughout the hotel.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, guest‑focused attitude.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team player who can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
