Sales Assistant Intern (LH)

About the role

VeryChic, a European travel platform specializing in luxury hotel and travel deals and part of the Accor Group, is looking for a Sales Assistant intern in Barcelona. You will support the sales team in developing hotel partnerships and driving private sales in key destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare flash offers: pricing, visuals, content briefs and contracts
• Support campaigns: sales analysis, stock management, partner follow-up and reporting
• Coordinate with production, marketing and customer service teams
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Review products on the website and landing pages with the sales team
• Assist with campaign scheduling and business trip planning (trade shows, hotel visits)
• Provide backup support during team absences
• Identify emerging consumer trends and new opportunities
• Contribute to business development based on performance and KPIs

Required profile

• Advanced or proficient English
• Graduate or student in Tourism, E-commerce, Business, Marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical skills focused on sales analysis and KPIs
• Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Team player with good communication skills, eager to learn in a fast-changing environment
• Previous experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Sales analysis and KPI monitoring
