Sales Assistant

About the role
BIMBA Y LOLA is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Pamplona store. Working either part‑time or full‑time, you will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting daily store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their needs and guide them through the purchase process.
- Handle sales transactions, process payments and manage returns.
- Maintain stock levels by counting inventory, organizing deliveries and keeping the stockroom tidy.
- Ensure product presentation follows visual‑merchandising guidelines and assist with window displays.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in customer‑service or retail sales.
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense of style.
- Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
- Dynamic, motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
