Sales Development Representative – Growth Markets CEE

About the role

Perk is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to accelerate expansion across Central & Eastern European markets. You will generate a qualified pipeline by engaging prospects and setting up meetings for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multichannel outreach campaigns via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads through discovery calls with CFOs, Travel Managers and Office Managers.
• Communicate Perk’s value proposition and maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in a CEE market language (e.g., Italian, Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian, Hungarian) and professional fluency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong phone rapport‑building skills.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes and outbound prospecting.
• High organizational skills and a focus on meeting output metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
