Sales Development Representative – Spain

About the role

Perk is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the Spanish market. You will focus on filling the sales funnel, qualifying leads and engaging potential customers for our all‑in Travel and Expenses platform.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multichannel outreach campaigns using phone, email and LinkedIn/social touches.
• Conduct discovery calls with decision‑makers such as CFOs, Travel Managers and Office Managers to assess fit and schedule qualified meetings.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and activity tracking within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine target accounts, test messaging and optimise lead‑qualification.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Spanish and professional fluency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong phone‑based rapport‑building skills.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes or outbound prospect outreach.
• High organisational skills and a focus on hitting output metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience using AI‑enabled sales tools for research, outreach drafting and workflow optimisation.
