Sales Director, Spain - Open Parking

About the role

Arrive is looking for a Sales Director for its Open Parking (OP) segment in Spain and Portugal. The role drives revenue growth and market share in off-street parking, private operators and commercial clients, covering Pay and Display machines, SaaS offerings, Insights and the EasyPark mobile payment solution. It involves building strategic sales plans, leading a team of Account Managers and closing key deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run a sales strategy aligned with country, regional and global objectives, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
• Analyse the market, identify new opportunities and work with Presales, Product and Operations on key projects
• Forecast sales accurately, monitor performance against targets and report regularly to senior leadership
• Manage key accounts, build long-term relationships with decision-makers and act as escalation point for complex issues
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers, ensuring they know the product and sales methodology
• Work with the Country Director and other Sales Directors, with Marketing on go-to-market materials and with Product on market feedback

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
• 5-8+ years of progressive sales and business development experience, including 2-3+ years in a leadership or senior sales role
• Proven track record selling Open Parking solutions and handling complex B2B sales cycles and large accounts
• Fluent Spanish (native) and C1 English
