Sales Executive - Restaurant Partners, Barcelona

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Sales Executive in Barcelona to build relationships with new restaurant partners. You will improve the proposition for customers, identify ways to continue fast growth and create a pipeline by signing up local stores around the city.

Key responsibilities

• Use prospecting skills and industry connections to partner with leading restaurant partners
• Lead contract negotiations to secure sustainable, mutually beneficial terms
• Oversee the restaurant onboarding process so it is quick, efficient and smooth
• Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance during their first 30 days
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
• Keep the pipeline updated daily and stay aware of emerging restaurants and those preferred by customers

Required profile

• 1+ years of hands-on sales experience; key industry contacts are a plus
• Outstanding listening, communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, with strong time management and prioritization
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident achieving monthly targets

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Dynamics
• Methodical, fast-learning approach
