Sales Operations Analyst (International Scope)

About the role

Henry Schein's Endodontics Business Unit is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst in Madrid (hybrid) to turn commercial data into better decisions and shape international growth. Reporting to the Senior Director International, the role partners with Sales, Marketing and Product Management to drive commercial performance through analysis and actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour and business performance across international markets, and develop executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Analyse pricing strategies, profitability and discount structures, and support sales forecasting and annual planning.
• Evaluate price, volume and mix performance and build financial business cases for new product launches, including ROI and NPV modelling.
• Monitor market trends and competition, maintain international market intelligence reports, and partner with Marketing on campaign effectiveness and channel performance.
• Ensure high-quality commercial reporting through CRM and ERP data governance and continuously improve reporting processes and dashboards.

Required profile

• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Analysis, Commercial Finance or a similar analytical role.
• Ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and professional fluency in English.
• Experience supporting international or multi-country commercial organisations is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI, Tableau or similar business intelligence tools are an advantage.
