Salesforce Developer

About the role

A growing Salesforce engineering team in Madrid is hiring a Salesforce Developer for a platform development role. You will work across functional areas such as Quote-to-Cash, Service Cloud automation, platform-wide integrations and reusable LWC components, with direct ownership of features from requirement to production deployment. The team offers mentorship from Solution Architects and Staff Developers and a path into senior and specialist engineering roles.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain solutions across the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and configuration.
• Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ / Quote-to-Cash, Experience Cloud and core platform, owning features end-to-end.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Staff Developers on design, code reviews and quality standards including unit test coverage.
• Build reusable foundations such as data models, security and sharing, Apex services and shared components.
• Maintain custom integrations and extend, configure and troubleshoot AppExchange managed packages.
• Collaborate with the integration/middleware team (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) and with admins, data and DevOps teams.
• Deploy via Git, SFDX and the CI/CD pipeline, share production support and use AI tools in daily work.

Required profile

• 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience on the core platform.
• Strong data model and security fundamentals.
• Custom integrations experience (REST/SOAP, OAuth, Platform Events, CDC) and experience with AppExchange managed packages.
• Git, SFDX and CI/CD experience; depth in at least one functional domain.
• Fluent English; additional European languages welcome but not required.
