Salesforce Project Manager

About the role

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company and a leader in Customer Experience services, is looking for a Project Manager in Barcelona. The role drives and oversees the delivery of assigned projects so that objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre-sales tasks for assigned accounts: solution design, estimation, planning and assumptions, and share the client's vision, objectives and expectations with the project team.
• Assign and supervise team tasks, manage assignments, vacations and absences, and lead team retrospectives to identify internal improvements.
• Manage project progress so that deadlines, scope and budget are met, and facilitate change requests with schedule and budget impact.
• Keep the client and Customer Success Manager informed of progress, lead follow-up meetings and steering committees, and alert operations management to potential deviations.
• Establish communication and risk mitigation plans, monitor project documentation, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Lead project demos, resolve implementation issues, and send customer satisfaction surveys.
• Evaluate each project after completion, identify up- and cross-selling opportunities, and lead the relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Take part in developing, training and supervising the team.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in project management roles, successfully leading Salesforce projects.
• 3 years of experience in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.
• Professional English at medium-high level, able to communicate fluently in business.

Required skills

• Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Agile (Scrum) and project management tools such as Jira.
