Salesforce Project Manager

About the role

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company and a leader in Customer Experience services, is looking for a Project Manager in Madrid. The role drives and oversees the delivery of assigned projects so that objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre-sales tasks for assigned accounts: solution design, estimation, planning and assumptions, and share the client's vision, objectives and expectations with the project team.
• Assign and supervise team tasks, manage assignments, vacations and absences, and lead team retrospectives to identify internal improvements.
• Manage project progress so that deadlines, scope and budget are met, and facilitate change requests with schedule and budget impact.
• Provide project progress visibility to the client and Customer Success Manager, lead follow-up meetings and steering committees, and alert operations management to potential deviations.
• Establish communication and risk mitigation plans, monitor project documentation, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Lead project demos, resolve implementation issues, and lead the relationship to pursue customer satisfaction, including sending satisfaction surveys.
• Evaluate each project after completion, identify up- and cross-selling opportunities, and develop, train and supervise the assigned team.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in project management roles, successfully leading Salesforce projects.
• 3 years of experience in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.
• Professional proficiency in English at medium-high level, able to communicate fluently in business contexts.

Required skills

• Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience with Agile (Scrum) and project management tools such as Jira.
